Transportation

Student officers may bring their vehicles to the College. Particulars of vehicles must be registered in the College. Taxis / vehicles on hire can be made available on request. The college will provide transportation to all student officers on the following occasions:-

(1) Free of Charge

(a) On all types of training, visits and official duties.
(b) On first arrival, from Tribhuvan International Airport (International student officers) and Tribhuvan Army Officers' Club to the College.
(c) On final departure from the College to Tribhuvan International Airport (International student officers) and Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, at the end of the course.
(d) On scheduled day of shopping for the international student officers and their family once a week.

(2) On Payment Basis

(a) To facilitate transporting of school going children of international student officers to and from nearest pickup points.
(b) Transport for all other personal uses.
